Returns are free*. Yeah it’s a star*, so let’s get over with it…. The star (*) means that this does not count for custom orders – meaning if you order something that I make especially for you, then you better love it, as you cannot return it, got it? Awesome! Anything else you can return.
Fill in the return form and contact our customer support on rma@jennylausen.dk, who will then email you a prepaid return label for the parcel that you ordered (you need to print it and add it to the return box).
We’ll return your money when the goods has been returned to our warehouse within 3-4 days.
Step-by-step return guide
- Fill out the return form.
- Put return form and unused goods in the parcel that your order arrived in and seal it.
- Put the prepaid return label on the parcel. Have some coffee.
- Take the parcel to a convenient parcelshop of the carrier and let them do their thing – they love this stuff.
- Done! We’ll refund you when the parcel has reached our warehouse. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method (only) you chose for purchase.
